It looks like a winter day in Maine but this is a scene close to the equator.

The climate is changing, there is no doubt of that.

The thing is, it is always changing, has been for thousands of years. What’s normal? From year to year the changes are small, decade to decade you can see a trend, but the trends change direction from time to time.

What you are seeing in this video is the aftermath of a severe thunderstorm that passed over Bogota last Sunday. That’s a buildup of slushy hail you see. It’s very unusual to get that much hail at one time.
