In Bangkok they’ve reinvented the Rickshaw and turned it into a solar powered Tuk Tuk, the three wheeled taxis you see everywhere.

The ordinary Tuk Tuk is cheap to buy and economical to run but it did not have a very efficient engine and created a lot of exhaust emissions.
