This Is Another First For Solar Power

The first attempt to fly around the world in a solar powered plane. The flight began this morning from Abu Dhabi.

One of the goals of this flight is to promote green energy.

Andre Borschberg is the pilot at the controls and his endurance limit will surely be tested before this flight is over.

The first stop after about 10 hours in the air will be at Mascat the capital of Oman.
