Why Not Build Yourself A Bicycle Powered Battery Charger?

This is a fairly simple DIY project. You need an old bicycle, Some plywood to build a bicycle / generator support, a DC motor or generator, a couple of diodes and some wire.

As you’ll see in the video it doesn’t take long to get that battery charged up.
